2. Service description
FirstVibe is an entertainment application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze photos and generate "first impression" cards. The service includes: AI vibe analysis with scoring, AI caricature generation, Roast Mode (humorous bonus version), Vibe Compatibility (compare two scans), Fortune (lucky number, day & color), Glow-Up Plan (personalized 30-day improvement plan generated by AI), Party Mode (group vibe analysis for 3-12 people), Pro subscription (unlimited scans), an optional user account (passwordless login via email link), weekly vibe leaderboards (leagues), a referral program, scan history lookup, and results sharing. All results are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional psychological, medical, or any other assessment.
3. Use of service
- You must be at least 13 years old to use FirstVibe. Users under 16 may use the service only with parental or guardian consent.
- Only upload your own photos or photos of people who have given their consent.
- Uploading illegal, offensive, or rights-infringing content is prohibited.
- We reserve the right to block access in case of abuse.
4. Payments and pricing
- Every scan is free. Results are partially hidden.
- Unlocking full results for a scan is paid. The current price is displayed on the website at the time of purchase. All prices include VAT where applicable.
- The price for unlocking results is the same for all users and is always clearly displayed before payment.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. We accept credit cards and other methods available through Stripe.
- One-time payments have no hidden fees. A Pro subscription (monthly) with automatic renewal is also available. The subscription can be canceled at any time via the Stripe billing portal.
- Promotional codes may reduce or waive the fee. Codes are single-use and cannot be exchanged for cash.
5. Right of withdrawal and refunds
- Under applicable consumer protection laws, you may have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
- By making a payment to unlock results, you consent to the immediate delivery of digital content before the withdrawal period expires. You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been delivered.

6. Complaints
- Complaints can be submitted by email to: [email protected]
- A complaint should include a description of the issue and information to identify the transaction (e.g. email used during payment).
- We will respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt.
7. Results expiry and sharing
- Free results (without payment and without providing an email address) expire 2 hours after scan creation. Making a payment or providing an email address prevents expiry.
- Each scan has a public share link with limited data. Full results are not visible on the share page.
8. Email communication
- If you provide an email address on a scan that has not been unlocked, we send a confirmation with a link to your results and may send one automated reminder (after approx. 6 hours).
- After payment, we send a confirmation to the email address provided via Stripe.
- If you saved an email address on a paid scan, we may send up to 3 rescan reminders (after approx. 30, 60, and 90 days).
- If you join the leaderboard, we may send ranking notifications (weekly summaries, promotions and demotions, inactivity and season-end reminders).
- If you use the referral program, we notify you when you earn a reward.
- Every such email contains an unsubscribe link. We do not send newsletters or unsolicited marketing emails.
9. Disclaimer
- AI-generated results are for entertainment purposes only.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of results.
- FirstVibe is not liable for decisions made based on analysis results.
- Celebrity comparisons ("Celebrity Match") are AI-generated for entertainment purposes and do not imply actual resemblance to or association with any public figure.
- The service is provided "as is".
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights arising from mandatory provisions of law, including statutory liability for the conformity of digital content with the contract.
10. Intellectual property
The FirstVibe brand, app design, and algorithms are our property. You are free to share and screenshot your analysis results.
11. Dispute resolution
Consumers may use out-of-court complaint and redress mechanisms available in their country of residence. In Poland, detailed information is available from the Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (uokik.gov.pl).
12. Changes to terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes are indicated by updating the date at the top of this document, and we will provide advance notice of material changes on the website or by email (if we have your address). Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Polish law. Any matters not covered herein are subject to applicable provisions of Polish law, including consumer protection regulations.
